Lemongrass (Cymbopogan Flexuosus) Essential Oil 12mL
Lemongrass Essential Oil is an invigorating with a stimulating aroma. Lemongrass essential oil has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties that may assist in the treatment of acne and oily skin. Lemongrass has anti-oxidant properties to combat free radicals associated with skin damage. Lemongrass oil can be applied in aromatherapy to relieve nausea or indigestion. When applied topically, Lemongrass has been known to relieve inflammation and physical pain associated with arthritis or rheumatism. Combine Lemongrass oil with one of the following essential oils to relieve symptoms associated with indigestion:
Basil
Bergamot
Clary sage
Lavender
Lemon
Lime
Mandarin
Marjoram
Myrrh
Tea tree

Directions of use:
Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
